We will help you with a cost analysis on the loan, including rates, repayments and flexibility of the product.
We will assist you to complete the necessary paperwork and collect any supporting documentation required by the lender.
We will submit the application and liaise with the lender on your behalf
Once your application is approved you will be issued with a contract or letter of offer. We will make ourselves available at your convenience to help you complete and understand this documentation.
We will follow up with any applicable solicitors and the lending institution until your loan is settled.
